Team Maverick: HSIL Hackathon 2026 Winners
MIST CSE Students' team Team Maverick has become the winner of the HSIL Hackathon 2026 – Dhaka Hub, hosted by United International University (UIU). The competition received 650+ applications, from which only 23 teams (20+ universities) were shortlisted for the final hackathon held on April 10–11. Team Maverick developed an AI-enabled platform for early detection and support of dyslexia in children through personalized and interactive learning.
